Important Announcement!

A review and possible update of the ANSI/NASPO security assurance standard (ANSI/NASPO-SA-v3.0P-2005) has begun under the Chair of David Brown. Completion of the review and update is planned to take place by mid-2008. All organizations and individuals who believe that they may be either directly or indirectly impacted by this review and possible update of the standard or who wish to participate in the review process are encouraged to make contact with the Chair of the NASPO National Standards Committee (NNSC), Mr David Brown at david.a.brown@intel.com.

NASPO is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited "SDO" (Standards Development Organization).The NASPO National Standards Committee (NNSC) meetings are open to the public and you are welcome to join in. Agenda for Next Meeting

This teleconference forms part of the formal bi-annual review of the requirements for security assurance and content in general of the ANSI/NASPO Security assurance standard. The reference number of this American national standard is ANSI/NASPO-SA-v3.0P-2005. Copies of this standard are available for purchase from this website or at www.ansi.org. This teleconference will review progress being made by the NNSC User, Producer and General Interest stakeholder groups. This teleconference is open to anyone having a bona fide interest in security assurance related to documents, products and issuance and will provide an opportunity for interested parties to observe the process, comment, change content or requirements to make their suggestions known to the NASPO-NNSC consensus review committee.
