NASPO Press Release:

NASPO Security Certifications Continue to Grow

Washington, D.C., Dec. 20, 2004 -- The North American Security Products Organization (NASPO) has announced the fourth company to be certified this year. Paso Robles, California-based ProDocumentSolutions was approved and recognized as a NASPO certificated security organization at NASPO's most recent board meeting on November 16, 2004.

"ProDocumentSolutions has been a leader in the security products industry for a number of years. They are not only a manufacturer, but through their Verify First Technologies division, they have been both an innovator and developer of security technologies," stated Michael O'Neil, NASPO's Board Chairman. O'Neil said that "it is with a great deal of respect that we acknowledge the efforts and accomplishments of ProDocumentsSolution's organization in obtaining this recognized certification of security assurance."

George Phillips, the company's founder and CEO, has been closely involved in the security printing sector since the early development of computers, scanners and copiers. Phillips says, "We strongly believe that today's security technologies alone are not enough to slow the proliferation of illicit reproductions and forgeries. Comprehensive security standards and best practices for 'chain of custody' of materials, production and delivery must be adopted, implemented and strictly followed as an important part of an overall fraud reduction strategy. Our company believes that NASPO provides the guideline standards which, along with effective security technologies, will provide the best practices and security measures from a trusted source. NASPO certification provides the basis for assuring protected product integrity for our customers and process/policy integrity for our employees."

ProDocumentSolutions was established in 1979 to provide printed products for professional Distributor clients in the Western United States. Since its inception it has grown to a 20 million dollar document and product solution provider for ballots, security documents and security products into 26 countries. The core products of Pro DocumentSolutions are ballots, transcripts, vital records, and middle market security documents such as checks and gift certificates.

Verify First Technologies is the sister company of ProDocumentSolutions and has developed and holds 17 security technology patents under numerous trademarks which ProDocumentSolutions markets as ProGhost®, MetallicSafe®, TamperSafe®, RefractoSafeTM, TouchSafe®, AlterSafe®, ThermoHideTM, ThermoSafeTM, CodeSafe®, NaNOcopyTM, NoDupIt®, LogoDot®, CopySafeTM, CopySafe+TM, SafeImageTM, and the newest Check 21 technology, ImageSECURETM. Another sister company, International Security Products, was developed to market these security solutions to international governments and entities.

The North American Security Products Organization is a non-profit, ANSI accredited standards developer, focused on developing security standards and auditing for the security products industry.
